I've read a lot of stuff that really contradicts itself about eating eggs while on accutane. I have 3 eggs a day in the morning (scrambled) which is when I take my accutane. (40mg).

Do you think It'll be fine? I'm currently on day 6. People say something about it rises cholesterol levels but I read that this guy ate 22 eggs a day and his cholesterol was fine. Should I just continue as I am and see what happens when I have my blood test in about 5 weeks? (I eat them because they're tasty, good for protein and natural fat which I read was good to take accutane with).

Thoughts?

Thanks!

There is no such a thing as eggs having cholesterol or anything like that and eggs have lots of protein in them its good for health and there is no danger of eating eggs while your on Accutane .

As long your cholesterol levels don't raise up,it's fine. Be careful anyways.

I ate eggs the entire time I was on it. I also consume more eggs than what is considered "normal", because I work out. I never experienced any adverse effects in my blood work. I actually didn't experience anything weird at all, other than my acne going away.
