I see some boxcar scars, some ice pick, and some smaller rolling scars. What I do notice is texture issues. I have the same issues where the skin looks rough and grainy, but there are not really huge indentations. You have dark skin, so it will be a challenge to address the scarring without causing secondary issues like hyperpigmentation. I would say subcision on the rolling scars. Dermarolling or dermastamp may help with the texture issues. It's hard for me to recommend things like lasers and tca cross for the boxcars and icepicks because it's risky on dark skin. It's not impossible, but it is risky for sure.
