I'm new to the acne world.

I got one really big acne in my face, it was mostly internal. It took some months to go away. Now that it is healed i have an atrophic scar, the external skin looks perfect(no pigmentation or anything else) but it is depressed and very noticiable, the scar is probably 1cm long.

I went to a doctor that just looked at it for 2 seconds and told me to do an expensive revanesse injection saying it would last 1 year. But researching i found out it is more like 3-6 months and i ruled it out.

Any suggestions on how i can get rid of the scar?

Is dermaroller appropriate?
