so i bought a bottle of zinc picolonate capsules 30 mg a week ago and i'm wondering if the capsules, which are made from animal skin, would aggravate acne. idk if it's true cos i've read somewhere here that it does. idk what to believe in now honestly. can you please help???
I guess there is no perfect answer at the moment. Just try and find out. Of course use very small amount first, and then you ll know.
Personally I think they ll not cause an outbreak, but because of everyone of us having different type of skin, there is no complete answer.
You ll just have to find out.
