I cut out diary a few months ago and I am considering cutting our grains too for a month to see if my skin improves.

Can't eat: Bread, pasta, cereal,

Can eat: Fruits, vegs, meat, fish

I'm good with the food I can eat but I'm worried I'll be so hungry without the filling carbs. What could I eat so I don't go hungry throughout the day or between meals.

the real problem is probably vegetable oil if you cook with that , it has omega 6s and it can cause hormonal acne i heard or inflammation

also you can eat carbs as long as you can burn atleast half of it by working out or excerise

I thought it was a strict no-grains whatsoever kinda diet?

I'll get rid of my vegetable oil, thanks for the tip!

i use organic coconut oil its the best and wont cause breakouts just use enough to cook though

and if you want to eat grains , eat whole grain or grains with the whole there

OK update, it's called the Paleo diet which is strictly no grains - no bread, (not even wholegrain) no pasta. With this lack of carbs I'm really worried about weight loss - I don't need to lose any - so what healthy fats can I eat to make sure I do just waste away? Coconut oil is a good one, thanks for the tip.

I'm already eating veg, fruit, meat and nuts but I need fats.

even with the paleo diet , do you intend to do it forever ? you can eat carbs like i said just make sure its whole grain or anything whole

coconut oil has lots of good fats

i wouldnt eat nuts i heard they were bad but do your research just to make sure
