What Kind Of Acne Do I Have!?

Hi there, I'm new to Acne.org and I am in desperate need of some answers. I am almost 30 years old, female, and I have had some sort of acne since I was 14, when I hit puberty. I've attached some pictures and to most people, it doesn't look like much. This is a good day. Most day I have red spots, inflamed bumps, and so many blackheads I don't think it would be exaggerating to say millions. I wash my face morning and night with 4-5 different products and creams, shower daily, have used every single acne product on the market (including proactive TWICE only to make it permanently worse and spread to areas it wasn't before) I've had laser, I've had prescription medication, and I'm a stay at home mom so I don't usually wear makeup on a daily basis and when I do, it's very minimal cause I will always, without fail, break out. IM SICK AND TIRED OF IT!! I'm gonna be thirty in less than a year and I'm over it. When I look in the mirror it's all I see. When someone looks at me, I feel like it's all they can see. I've lost jobs because of my insecurity to go to work, I've lost boyfriends because it makes me depressed, I have issues with anxiety and my self image and I just can't do this anymore. Can someone please tell me what to do or where to turn?? Or at the very least what KIND of acne this is?? It's not whiteheads that spew puss or clear liquid although sometimes I get those but not often, but it's more like blackheads that have formed into a hard white bump, ALL OVER MY FACE, including a lot behind my ears. At times they become so inflamed and red and swollen it hurts and I don't wanna get outta bed or go anywhere. My 9 year old son actually very innocently said to me the other day on a rare occasion I was wearing makeup, he said "mom you looked so pretty today. I couldn't even see the bumps on your face". So, I'm at my breaking point. I need help. Thanks. post-386381-0-19856000-1396020405_thumb.post-386381-0-47481200-1396021003_thumb.post-386381-0-07065000-1396021065_thumb.post-386381-0-88136200-1396021110_thumb.post-386381-0-19856000-1396020405_thumb.

So sorry you're having to deal with this. Although I know the emotional pain of acne that never goes away...I'm quite old now and struggled with it my whole adult life. I need some more info in order to give advice.

You say your acne is not infected (no pus) - is this correct?

Do you get redness around where you get the raised bumps?

Do they come and go or are they always present?

Do the bumps itch?

What have derms in the past said you have?

When you last saw a derm was you skin like it is now or was it different?

What do you wash with and what do you put on your face?

What is your diet?

I have some ideas about what you may be struggling with but need the above info to be sure. Thanks!

I have solved an acne problem using pure chimp natural super tea.

Highly recommended to try.
