hi , sorry for my bad english,

i did a cure with antibiotics for intestinal problem, but next 1 month i have little folliculitis in front face and neck,

i go doc give me antibiotics cream topic , but don't work.

is it possible that i have malassezia Pityrosporum Folliculitis or gram negative

i have 40 years old :(

i'm afraid... i read read .... and all have long relationship with this problem.

somebody can help me about right cure.?

i have more in face and slowly slowly the number grow ,

I know antibiotics work to help folliculitis not cause folliculitis. Especially minocycline 100mg antibiotic is presxribed to help and some oil free moisturizer.

Antibiotics can cause folliculitis yes. Pityrosporum folliculitis as well as gram negative folliculitis
