The Cave Man Regimen

hey guys im doing the caveman regimen, but i wrestle so im not sure if i should shower after practice or just let it dry? and when i workout like go for a run should i shower after that?

I tried this method before for about 14 days , my face got oily kinda lots of white head -.- , i couldn't keep this on so i gave up. I did see acne go down ,and my complexion better but when i wash my face again it was red :(, i all ways wash face with cold water after working out or sweating, a quick rinse should be fine, and good luck.
