My first day of the Regimen and it is about 20 minutes before I do the second part of today. Since it is my first week, it says on the video to only use BP once a day. Does this mean I should just use the cleanser and then cut straight to the moisturizer, skipping the BP treatment part?
Yes, for your first week you will use all three products at night (but just a little bit of bp) and during the daytime you will just use the cleanser and moisturizer.
Starting on week two you will use all three products twice per day and gradually work your way up on the amount of bp so that by week 4 or 5 you are at the full suggested amount of bp twice per day.
