No. You should not use BP with accutane. The accutane is enough, you will cause more damage to your skin if you add any acne medication or topicals to that.

Nope the accutane will work 100% without the regimen, salicylic acid wash will also become too strong. Try just a normal Clearasil face wash for sensitive skin.

Thanks for the feedback both. My dermatologist has given me the salicylic acid in sorbelene cream and he said to use this whilst on Roaccutane.
