Wow, 20mg is a lot! I take 3-4 mg per day via multivitamin and have for years now. Personally, I've found iodine to be the biggest issue when it comes to vitamins + acne. Finding a multi that didn't have iodine in it was a godsend to my skin. So, from personal experience, B6 doesn't seem to be that influential on acne levels. But of course, I've taken at most 5-6 mg a day. Good luck!
