The first round was very good, absolutely cleared my skin, no acne on my back and face. But several months later oiliness slowly started to come back and some mild acne too. 1,5 year has passed, I decided to start the second course.

It's the end of the 2nd week on Accutane now and I have some questions. The problem is that it doesn't work the same like it was on the 1st round. My face is still a little bit oily and there's almost no flakiness. On the first round my skin became very dry in 2 weeks and I didn't have any breakouts at all, but now I only have dry lips and some redness. I still have some breakouts on my chin.

Is it ok that accutane doesn't work the same on the 2nd round? My dose is even high now because i gained 10 kilos.
