I'm still breaking into month 3 (on 40mg) of accutane. I never really got massive cysts before taking accutane but now i'm covered in them on my chin and jawline. My face looks a LOT worse than it ever has because i've got so much hyperpigmentation, scars and cysts right now. I'm just feeling really down as school starts next week and i'm feeling more paranoid than ever about my face and looking people in the eye. All i've been using is cetaphil cleanser and moisturizer cream along with drinking lots of water.

Advice?
