My recommendation for PIH is Retin-A... but not while you're using Epiduo!

I personally consider BP to be my enemy and so would not be using Epiduo. Retin-A is so much better for your skin in the short and long term. BP is good in the short term but the long term effects aren't cool. Excessive dryness, healing time extended, PIH correction slowed... I also think that while I was using BP my skin tone was worse.

The day I threw BP in the bin in favour of Retin-A my skin began to come alive again.

I believe BP is good for spot treating individual pimples, but not for all over your face every night. In saying that I'm sorry but I don't have a recommendation for you to help with your PIH while you're using Epiduo. The redness will eventually go away on its own but will take a long time.
