You'd be surprised how many celebrities have acne. They probably have the best dermatologists you could find in Hollywood or London (probably have one in each...) and have their makeup done for them professionally every single day.

I remember watching a video about 'Supernatural' cast (FYI it's a TV series). And while showing their make up room Jensen Ackles said that it's the place where people mask their acne and stuff.

So it's not like celebrities have no acne at all, they just mask it well lol. But I'm 100% sure that they get top-quality dermatologists who actually care about celebrities' beauty. While we, non-celebrities, are getting dermatologists who don't give a fuck (with some exceptions of course).
