Mint tea can lower testosterone, but I would avoid drinking too much of it because excessively low testosterone can have unwanted effects on your body (like loss of muscle, and formation of breast tissue). I stopped drinking it when I realize it was interfering with my weight training regimen.
Good ways to regulate your sex hormones are eating a lot of fiber, and getting exercise (besides heavy weight lifting which boosts testosterone). Abstinence can also lower testosterone.
