Hi Everyone,

I'm currently on 40mg of accutane per day and have been dealing with very dry red eyes, to the extent where people point them out in conversation.

Here's what I'm currently doing (which changes it from terrible to bad):

eye drops (have tried different types, for 'on the go' treatment)

eye gel drops (works better but eyes look shiny/watery for around 20 mins)

eye ointment (works best but can only be used overnight as the ointment stays on the eye for a long time)

6 g fish oil per day

Even with these treatments my eyes are still quite red and dry. I've been trying to get as much good sleep as possible but it doesn't always happen. I have to use a computer for my job for most of the day and this definitely does not help.

Does anyone have any ideas of anything else I could try? I have been able to manage my other side effects but my red and dry eyes are the one thing I have not been able to fix and are quite frustrating.
