So basically i bought some whey protein and it broke me out within 2 hours. It was quality stuff, no additives and even organic. I'm certain its because it has such a massive insulin response, so i was wondering if anyone has discovered a way to avoid this? Or could someone tell me their experiences with egg protein?

Um, stop taking it?. Contrary to popular belief, we don't need as much protein as we think we do. 200 grams of chicken, yields about 60 grams of protein, at just 300 calories; the whey isn't necessary. I weight lift as well (Have been doing so for 7 years) and haven't suffered any loss of muscle, due to lower protein intake.
