***I have regularly been taking this everyday using water not milk since about January 3rd and experienced no acne increase whatsoever until about January 17. It started out as a small pimple under the skin and then over the course of the next few days, about 3 cysts emerged. I usually tend to only get one at a time, so could this product be aggravating my acne? I really want to keep using it, but ever since this breakout, I stopped altogether, and my face so far has been getting dramatically better as no new cysts have appeared, but that also could be due to my antibiotics working. I also have been using veltin (tretinoin plus antibiotic) since early January and it seemed to work initially, but do you think that could be responsible as well?

Sorry to hear that man, yes, junk protein powders cause breakouts :(

Avoid sugar, fat or go for something like GEAR-Adanced anabolic activator it is just pills but very poweful, look into them. And use your own carbohydrates that you know won't break out. :)
