Hey guys,

I'm new here and really think this is great find to ask questions of people with great insight in a similar situation as mine.

Well basically here is my regiment:

Morning:

Clean Face With Cetaphil

Aczone

Doxycycline 100mg

Night:

Clean Face With Cetaphil

Tretinoin .025%

Aczone

Photos are attached. How bad do you think my acne is (Moderate-Severe?)? Any suggestions? What are your guys thoughts on my regiment?

Hello!

I think you have a pretty decent regiment going, and you should see very effective results from it, cause your acne seems superficial. I started using a topical antibiotic,as well as Retin-a at night, its been about 9 weeks and my forehead is 95% clear and my cheeks and chin are still recovering from the initial breakout, but show promise.. it can take 12 weeks sometimes for results to show.

Personally I would classify you as mild-moderate, you don't really seem to have any cystic acne, ect ect.

How long have you been using your current regiment? and with Retin-a expect things to get a little worse before they're better (you should be fine, since you're on an oral antibiotic) and only use a pea sized amount for your whole face, believe it or not this is plenty, and avoids extra irritation. (:
