Hello all!

It has been 2 months since I have started the generic retin-a .1% and doxycycline. I have seen a steady and slow improvement where I am only getting a few pimples. I do have 2 pimples that are lingering on my face for 2 weeks now and I want to know how to treat them. They hurt and they are hard.

Also, my derm prescribed me Ovace face wash--sodium SULFACETAMIDE 10% face wash--and it has only been a week using it, but I feel it has been helping. Does anyone else out there use this or a similar face wash and when did you see results. Please, I really need some input. I have been suffering ever since I stopped my BC pills 2 months ago

I used to use Rosula face wash, which sounds pretty similar to this and I think it helped me more than before using it. Good luck!

Hi Bookworm622. My derm just prescribed this to me a week ago and I'm going to try it out within the next few days. Has it effected your skin, good or bad? Did you notice any breakouts in the beginning?
