Whats up everybody? I need some help with the kind of acne I have (i.e. mild, moderate, serve). I have had acne for way way to long and I am so sick of it. I have been on the Acne.org regimen for almost 3 weeks now. My acne believe it or not has gotten a lot better aside from a few breakouts here and there (the token red mark on my cheek). I know with any acne regimen it needs time to work and I am really hoping that this is one for me. I just need some opinions on the condition of my acne and what I should ask my dermatologist when I see her. I'm 22 years old and I'm ready to move out of my teenage years. please help. Also, anyone know any creams for your pours and for scars? Also, there's wrinkles in my forehead not cool. I don't like it. how do i get rid of them?

Try BP, it works for me....your acne doesnt look that bad....

I never tried the regime here....how is it working for you??? Your skin looks good.

About the wrinkles......they only get worse lol wait till your 30, 40,50, 60.... you could try botox? lol.

the regimen is very good. I highly recommend it. I was using proactive prior to this and it sucks in comparison. My buddy actually told me about acne.org's stuff in the summer and for some reason it stuck with me and I finally made the switch. I think when I give it more time it will really help clear up my skin. I'm thinking about getting a microdermabrasion to get rid of scars. Not sure yet, I gotta wait a while before I can get to the dermatologist.

Ice pick scarring is considered grade 4 severe acne scarring. Superficial scars could be treated without surgery or lasers or fillers, but ice pick scars will remain with you regardless of what cream or medication you take...I have a few I've had for 10 years and will have them for the rest of my life, as anyone with this type of scarring until they fork out the money for more expensive removal options.

Yes I do have some ice pick scars and I want to bring up treatment options with my dermatologist when I go to see her. What do you guys think would be the best route to go? I know it's expensive and there's only certain treatments, in your opionion, which is the best treatment for me?

maybe it was the lighting, but it looked like you just had some very shallow indents. How deep are these scars?

I heard excision is good

the scars aren't that deep I tried to get good lighting but its tough with a Mac webcam. I personally think that the scars are not that deep. Im living in California and I'm originally from the east coast so I can't see my dermatologist until december. What is excision? Never heard of it.

I think fraxel laser is good for ice pick scar or you can try dermaroller for your scar.
