I heard that wherever you get acne on your face its a result of internall health and forehead acne is connected with the digestive system. i usually get mild acne on my forehead and one night drank some activia and the next day my acne got more clear, now its hardly noticeable, activia is supposed to regulate your digestive system....but then again maybe it was coincedence
It makes perfect sense. Think abou it. The doctors are always prescribing antibiotics. Well, activia yogurt puts good bacteria into your system that breaks down the bad bacteria in your body. So in a natural way the bacteria is doing what the antibiotics are supposed to do but often times don't. Activia helped me with tonsil stones. I used to have about 2 a day and now I only have about 1 a month. Again, I never thought about them being caused from bacteria in my system, but evidently they were. I think activia yogurt for acne is the new cure!
