Avocados and some other stuff......

Does anyone else have a problem with them?? They seem to break me out... BADLY I get big pimples everytime I eat them, and it bothers me SO much. I'm so tired of cutting out fats from my diet... I only seem to be able to eat small amounts of fat or I break out... and I am so damn skinny so it sucks.

And on to the other stuff... this is more like a venting post haha.... I have two friends who recently cleared up their acne doing the SIMPLEST of things, I am SO jealous but also so happy for them. One friend starting taking Evening Primrose Oil and got clear and my other friend starting drinking peppermint tea and cut back on dairy (she still eats a bit of it... she had pizza yeserday) and she got clear! It took about a month for the results to show... I'm just so mad that it's not this simple for me. WHY CANT IT BE THAT SIMPLE FOR US?? They dont even eat that healthy either, compared to us.

ya avocado breaks me out too. I don't mind cutting out fat....sugar is my weakness though.

Are you sure it's the avocado causing your break out? Maybe you're allergic? Avocados are known to be very beneficial for skin. Another possibility is stress!

Foods that are GOOD in reducing acne: avocado, mangos/papayas, watercress, garlic, celery, olives, Brazil nuts, pumpkin seeds, herbs/wild greens/salad leaves, and berries

I'm 95% sure they break me out. But these days I really have no idea what's making me break out because I'm always breaking out. But before when I was mostly clear it seems like avocados would trigger a breakout and also if I eat macadamia nuts I seem to break out. Not sure why. Thanks for your reply :).

You probably have a sensitive allergic reaction to nuts and avocado's. Get checked by a allergist if possible. If not, I would just suggest staying away from them overall, then.
