Hi Guys,
from a Long Time Cystic Acne Sufferer(almost 10 years), I know how skeptic of what I'm about to say.
My acne has gotten really bad last year, and I finally went on accutane. I was acne free for the 6 months i was on it. I was really happy something finally worked! My acne came back around February right when I ended my accutane cycle. I was really depressed, because I thought that was the only thing that would've work for me and it didn't.
I started eating RAW unsalted Pumpkin seeds on a daily basis to help with my prostate/kidney. I read online that it helps with emptying your bladder. Every time I urinate I would still feel some of the pee not coming out. Like it was stuck in my bladder. Little did I know my acne started going away within days. My Face was still oily as ever but all of my blackhead/cyst/acne was GONE. Not only that I didn't have that same feeling in my bladder after I urinate.
It's been almost 4 months now and I'M STILL ACNE FREE! I still have my pitted/box car scars, but the pigmentation ones have all faded away. I've been really happy these last few months and I still eat them on a daily basis. I don't know if my acne was caused by "zinc" deficiency or a weak kidney, but my acne is totally gone.
I thought I share this with you guys, because I know exactly how you feel. Just try it, pumpkin seeds are very cheap at your local market. The unsalted ones aren't very tasty at all, but you'll get use to the taste/texture after a few days.
Good Luck, I really hope you guys try it out!
(by the way don't think the Zinc pills are the same, because I use to take them and it didn't "work")
I've heard zinc can help with acne so that would make sense. And now that I think of it, couple summers ago I pigged out on raw pumpkin seeds for like three weeks, and during those three weeks my acne practically cleared up. Didn't even realize the correlation but I remember those few weeks of nice skin well.

Interesting post. Are u still clear SShakeShake? How much of these seeds would you say you eat per day? Do you need to continue to eat them?
Have you heard about eating for your blood type? If you're type o, and you probably are, you need a lot of animal protein, walnuts and pumpkin seeds. It all this with green vegetables like broccoli, kale, spinach, ... and you'll never have acne again. I've been avoiding meat for so long, today I ate 4 eggs and one large beef and I feel better than ever. It's all about what you're designed to eat. It may be the zinc, of course, as most of us are zinc deficient.
Thanks for sharing your experience, I'll put pumpkin seeds in my diet as I need some fat.
