I need help. firstly are these hypertrophic scars, they haven't changed in two to 3 months. I've been on accutane for 3 months but stopped due to side effects. I also used benzoyl peroxide and dandruff shampoo on and off. What can I do to fix this I need help please.

They do look like hypertrophic scars to me. Accutane can cause some scar issues as you have seen. I have a friend who has a much worse case than you do. It can get really bad sometimes.

I've done a ton of research (with my MDs and PhDs) on raised scars and you can look into treatments here.
