24 years old male here. I used to have a pretty smooth nose skin but then I started purging inflamed white head pus everyday and it ruined me. The inflamation purge stopped when I started taking accutane. But my main concern is these scars and holes I'm left with all over my nose. What's the best treament for this? Will I ever have smooth nose skin again?

  Alot of these holes on my nose, have strong dark hair in them. I found that it help a bit when I remove the hair out. Also I just have a lot of non-inflammed white head poping out on my nose specially on the sides I'm not sure if it's because I'm taking accutane but I never had this much white heads before. I try to extract them with a surgical tweezers but I find that a nose strip remove a lot more
