Hi, I've had these for as long as I can remember, at least 5 years. As you can see in the pics, they tend to show more when smiling. I'm not sure if it is worth going to see a derm about it, or if there are topical treatments I can do.

Less visible when neutral faced. They're a bit red here from lasering I had done.
