You should try accutane. These may not be scars but a mild case of rhinophyma. Where overactive oil glands cause the nose to grow bigger. It seems that you have very oily and red skin on your nose. So I'm willing to bet you have rosacea. A lot of people who had rhinopyphyma had success with accutane because it dries out the oil from within and reduces inflammation. It's very hard to reduce these by external means.
