It's just below my clavicle. 

Been there about a 2 weeks now, hasn't gotten bigger or smaller. Just woke up with it one day. First I thought it was like some form of acne or something, but it literally hasn't changed at all. It doesn't feel weird or anything either, just feels like raised skin, a tiny bump.

Did some research and found keloids and hypertrophic scars that look similar. 

Now I have had pretty bad acne on my back, shoulders and arms for the last two months. Before that I was clear for about 10 years lol (puberty). 

Not sure what caused me to get acne again, my face is clear, just my body has acne.
