Hey I'm new to this site because I don't usually get acne. At most I get a few cystic acne a year and some white heads. This time I had a huge cystic acne next to my nose on my cheek. I put some benzoyl peroxide after it popped a bit and after that I squeezed all the stuff out. Then I put neosporin over it and put on a bandaid. Later, I also put some cerave moisturizing cream and Vaseline, each time over night. I got that pimple probably 5 days ago and popped it 3 days ago and now it's become a round donut like scar that is raised around the circumference. The skin almost seems like a burn and it's red and tight looking. The exact spot where the pimple was is flat however. I'm extremely puzzled as to why this happened and I'm not sure if it's even a scar or if it's still healing. Btw I'm wearing makeup in the picture. Please help!
