Hypertrophic Scar from Cyst Bump

Three years ago I had an acne cyst, nodular type, it was diagnosed. It might even have been sebaceous. Puss did come out, and it was quite filled. As time went on I treated it w/Tazorac .1% cream, then gel. Nothing for years. It turned into a hard bump on right cheek, very red, no pain, immune to everything.
I've tried fasting, paleo diet, no carbs, lemon juice, aloe, tea tree oil, urine, garlic, orange peels, honey, baking soda, tazorac, minocycline (internal), glycolic, salicylic, tca, lactic, peels, lots of sun, no sun, salt water, epsom salts, exfoliation, ACV (both internal and external), yogurt mask, egg mask, clay mask, all creams you can think of. Nothing has worked. It is so red and nothing has helped with it.
I'm at the end of my rope -- I've tried everything I can think of.
Any suggestions for what to do? I'm mainly concerned w/the redness. The bump I can live with, but not how bright red it is.
Everything is appreciated. Again, it just feels like a raised scar with much redness and immunity to all my efforts.IMG_7869.thumb.JPG.a07857b14c505e4cb359aIMG_7867.thumb.JPG.20c79ee78c8aed6ac2c18

It's definitely not a keloid, also scars in that area should be benign it should fade in time. You can try steroid injections but it might cause more hyper pigmentation or skin atrophy. Silicon sheets might help as well
