Cutting Out Hypertrophic Scar?

I wonder why should I waste money and time with cosmetic procedures? if I can risk and get the surgeon to cut some of my scars out to see how it heals, especially if I usually leave no scar after accidentally cutting myself? is it possible to leave no scars after cutting them out? and maybe I just leave scars from cystic acne not cuts is it possible? but if not after the surgery they would look better right?

I appreciate your opinion

i think this could be done also ...also it looks like someone would have tried a cheek impant by now ...make a cut from the ear to the chin below the jawline and insert a thin implant to smooth out the skin ....but who knows

Don't know about that, but my question is not facial acne scarring, my question is about hypertrophic scars so...
