There are lots of options available. Subcision, fillers, lasers, TCA, lots of stuff. Speak to a doc who specifically specializes in scars, then get a second opinion. See what overlapping opinions you get and go with who you feel comfortable with.
But in short, yes, there are things that can help.
Hello, hard to see with the lighting in this pic, however, acne scars as Dan said, can be improved with multiple treatments. Scar treatment technology and skill has been improving, and you have far more access than people did 50-100 years ago. Even if current treatment are not effective for you (they will be in most cases, only if you are a poor responder/bad healer), there is always the chance that new treatments will be invented.
