I have these marks for like 3 years, they never go away, what should I do? It has taken a toll on my self confidence a lot

This is me my acne isn't noticeable from a long distance but still guys this hurts me a lot having these red marks.

Hi Imaad,

Have you had them diagnosed yet? Are you sure they are hyperpigmentation? Do you remember having pimples in those exact spots?

Yes they were acne spots

Yes they were acne spots at this place. 

It's getting worse now.

Keep them out of the sun. Otherwise, time should fade them.

If they're really bugging you, you can see a cosmetic dermatologist who might have a laser treatment that could help as well.
