Hi guys, it has been approximately 3 weeks since my 1st micro needling session. During my visit after the session the dermatologist  told me to use a white based cream to apply on my face for the next 3 days and that is all she gave advice telling me that my red patches  marks will soon go away . But after 3 weeks I feel like the session gave me more red patches in my face and i don't think its still healing as my face has completely been dried up and healed during the 3 weeks process. I still have some light dark patches from the initial micro needling session effects on my face. Of course I am not expecting for significant results after just going once, but i don't know why these new patches are still there ..Could anyone explain me why ? Ive attached some pics
