hey guys! im 21 years old and had really bad acne between 14-18 ish, for the past 2-3 years its stabilized and i only get the odd pimple

but ive been left with alot of red marks, i dont really have any scars or pitting, the only thing that i can see is the red marks there on my cheek areas.

my parents are originally from india so my skin color is light brown/brown and ive heard that sometimes our skin is more suscpetible to red marks and that sometimes we cant use certain lasers or chemical peels. my skin is oily and not really sensitive and i really want to get rid of these red marks. i am ready to pay for laser or chemical peels and am wondering what is the best laser to clear me up. i just want to clear my face, i dont care about the slight red marks over my body.looking for some info before i go for in person consultations where they just seem to only go after money ahah
