Hello, I don't have any single acne on my forehead for a very very long time and I also don't have any acne scars on my forehead. However, i have these really fade reddish spots (see pictures), they not easy to spot individually because they are very close to my skin color but all together they give my face a messy look definitely, especially combined with acne scars on my cheek.
Does anyone know what are these and how to get rid of them?
Thank you!!!
Have you taken antibiotics ? Do you have dandruff ? Do you have a white coating on your tongue ? are the spots itchy ? If one or more of these, get back to me and I can provide some information. You may have a fungal condition, which can be treated with topical antifungal cream.

Hello,
I can relate to some of these, such as white coating and dandruff. Do you have any info I can google about it and what kind of antifungal cream do you recommend?
Thank you
Buy some clotrimazole anti-fungal cream and apply that to the affected areas. Clotrimazole cream is available without a prescription. If clotrimazole cream does not fix the problem, buy some terbenafine cream and try that.
In some countries you need a prescription for terbenafine cream.
Having a white tongue (indicates candida) AND dandruff (indicates malasezzia) indicates that you have outbreaks of both candida and malasezzia fungi, which are causing the skin problem.
Ternbenafine cream is active against malassezia, and clotrimazole crream has some activity against both candida and malasezzia. The best cream for candida is nystatin cream.
The condition on your forehead looks like malasezzia to me, so start with clotrimazole cream. If that does not solve the problem, apply terbenafine cream mixed with clotrimazole cream. If that does not solve the problem, apply terbenafine cream mixed with nystatin cream (if you can get nystatin cream without a prescription).
I am happy to provide more information, as needed.
