Hi, im new to this website but i also had questions abour my scarring. I will be starting accutane (isotretinion) in 2 weeks and i wanted to know if it will help any of this scarring i have. I dont believe i have any icebox scars, and the other side of my face is also similar but not as bad. I would really like to know how bad this scarring is as it makes me extremely insecure and I obsess over this.

@NathanGThis is normal for those on ACcutane. Your skin is purging. For many they take 6 months to a year after to have their skin heal more. It's thin and fragile now. You do not have scars but wounding post acne also called PIE. Look at the FAQ below in the skin section and PIE. Vascular laser is the most effective for the discoloration.
