I don't see scars..., what bugs you in the pictures? I do see Hyperpigmentation and or some PIE or wounding post acne. Vascular laser is the most effective for this. You can try some skin whitening / bleaching cream. For PIE or PIH checkout the below faq, goto the skin section, then PIE and PIH.
