Hello,
Are these considered scars or marks? I've had them for about a month now after I kept pressing on bumps that led to bleeding. I try to not touch any bumps now. Also, is it possible for these marks/scars to heal eventually? I've had a 3 month cycle of bumps and popping/bleeding before this point where its all flat.

They are PIE or wounding post acne. Fresh wounds not scars yet. Vascular laser helps many with these but only after you heal some more. It needs to be a few months after, ... healing can take up to a year plus for some. Things that help are honey and aloe. tripple antibiotic cream. For inflammatory you can take a anti inflammatory.
