Hi guys! I have another post just recently if you want to see the ins and outs of my acne but this one is going to have pictures.
Okay. Here goes. Ive had it since I was eight and now Im sixteen. I use 2.5 % Benzoyl Peroxide. I have used it since I thirteen.
Ive never even had a day since then when I was almost clear.
I need help for my cheeks.
I have never suffered from bad acne on my chin, temples, or jawline. Until now. They have always been mostly clear, except when Im extremely stressed at an exam time or when Im on my period. I have managed to clear my forehead by going on a strict vegan diet that contains no processed food whatever line vegan meat, cheese, or junk food.
I eat a lot of sweet potato, and vegetables. I have a homemade green smoothie every day in the morning, and four slices of free from gluten, dairy, egg, and wheat free bread.
As you will see in the pictures, I am dealing with red marks on my cheeks that just wont fade. Well, Im hoping they are red marks that will fade... As I mentioned, I have never had it bad on my chin or jawline or temples. But my chin and jawline have now got marks that are adding up each week. I do know they are not severe, but for someone who has always been mostly clear in that area...I am beginning to freak out.
The marks on my chin are pitted in the light, and I dont even know how I got them. The marks on my jawline wont fade. And as you will see, I somehow ended up with thick scales on my right cheek that are leaving marks. I am using Dermol for the dry skin. But its my cheeks I really need help with.
I'm hoping someone has similar to me and can give me advice. I put cucumber slices on the marks, fifteen minutes each day.
If it is helpful, I will send a picture of what the dry skin looked like it fell off?
Do yourself a favor and get to the dr and get a course of oral anti biotics.you got mild acne and i see anti biotics doing more for your skin than bp! Also your face will stop being red and cis you wont have sny more breakouts or active stuff the skin wont have any red pie.
realy you want to drop creams altogether and just moisturise.
the problem a lot of people have isnt related to the diet or other things its their immune system and its inability to kill acne causing bacteria.so basicly you will always be on bp and never realy get anywhere as its just always ongoing.so the right cause of action would be to see if anti biotic kills the acne causing bacteria, chemicals are never good for your skin, prolonged use will make your skin wriggley and horrid and thats not good.
so change nothing, get dr and dont leave without oral anti biotic, something like lymecycline should clear it up.
if you cant get rid of the pimples you will always have pie.

Okay, thank you for answering. I am terrified of stopping BP in case I get a horrible breakout that I wont recover from. Do you think the marks are scars? I am scared they will never go away.

I am currently using Dermol from the doctor. I do not know if I will be able to get either, because my doctor does not want to give me anything except Dermol. I feel extremely claustrophobic at the moment.
