Looks like mild acne and hyperpigmentation. Sort of similar to what I have but on a small part of my left cheek. Before u start treating it, I'd suggest u try to figure out the root of the problem. Get tested for allergies, check ur hormones, and get evaluated for rosacea to see if u can find out what the underlying problem is. Then u can proceed with suitable treatments.
