i used to struggle with quite bad acne but after accutane it subsided. i now have dermatillomania and have some scarring on my face. one of my scars (4weeks old) is very pink which is normal but it' has formed a white circle in the middle of it. i'm worried that it could be a spot or is this the scar healing? it's very tender which is making me think it could be a pimple or is this normal for a scar? any help would be appreciated. i have wedding on saturday and i'm worried about going with a huge pimple on my nose and if it is just the scar is there any creams i can put on it to calm it down.
