If it has Hydroquinone Skin Bleaching and a retinoid it can help. Otherwise you will need IPL / BBL / or laser on the spot. There are other suggestions in the FAQ at the top of the hyperpigmentation sub.

Red marks are more darker .... I need an ointment or cream fr applying not any laser treatment .... Can i apply mederma on garlic burns? As u know i stay in india much creams for scars r less available

Honey and Aloe Vera should be fine, this is for burns, like you burning yourself on a stove. Otherwise use vaseline.

It's up to you, that is not my first choice. It's for mature scars. Goto the doctor if you need more specifics, I have now responded a few times with treatment.
