I moved this to the hyperpigmentation, as it's not a scar. If you press on them and they go away they are pie, if they stay they are pigmented and pih. Skin bleaching cream can be used on the dark spots, retin a cream, peels like glycolic, ipl, bbl, or photofacials. You can get these done in a med spa.
