I m currently using azelaic acid FOR Like 10 days. I would Like to know a cleanser that would help with red marks. I found out that i have a soap with salicilyc and lactic acid . Will it help? Anything better ? Please help me

You have to wait at least 4 months to see if the medication your using is working
Have to give it time to do its work.
