Hi,

I've had acne since the age of 14. A few years ago I had an accutane regimen and I got very good results, but later acne has reappeared. Currently I apply Retin A on my face when I go to bed and in my opinion, I somehow manage with acne now. Last winter I noticed these red marks on my both cheeks. They don't seem like scars to me but some kind of skin irritation instead? There is no bump whatsoever and the skin is more or less flat there. Although I have tried several creams nothing seems to work. Any ideas what this might be?
