Lemon and apple cider vinegar are doing a good job. Try a fadding cream. I have been using turmeric and licorice masks but since you will be on the way, i dont know how convenient they might be.

If you have no problem in making the masks just mix the powdered herb with yoghurt, honey and some lemon drops. The results are really quick,but it needs daily constancy!

Thanks for the advice but I was looking for something that was not from the home remedy line. I have tried ACV in the past and while I won't rule it out, I can't say that it had any noticeable results.

My dermatologist recommended 'effeclar duo +', i've only used it for 3 days but the redness has already decreased a bit. (Although i think that any exfolliating creme might work)
