I really need help, advice, guidance or any info on this im a 17 year old male.
I suffered severe acne for about a whole year, I got it treated and it seems to have cleared all my acne but now I have lots of red marks and scars. PLEASE anyone who has any experience with this help I am completly lost on how to treat this!

Was it accutane/roaccutane? Also when did you finish the treatment? I wouldn't do anything for a couple of months after any treatment as the improvement in red marks is usually accelerated once you're off it.
In the meantime, since you're a guy, you could use some tinted moisturizer to lessen the redness. That's what I did after my treatment and it really boosted my confidence without having to worry about people thinking i was wearing makeup.
